Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Emerald Branch and Idaho Falls Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.



Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate, Boise Real Estate, Wood River, and Eastern Idaho Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements as well as production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. Previous mortgage lending experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.


Sales Manager

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for the residential mortgage lending sales operations and residential mortgage lending support functions within an assigned market area. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel including monitoring mortgage compliance procedures performed by loan officers and loan processors. Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two to five years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, with particular experience in the areas of loan origination and processing.



Branch Manager

Location: Fairview Branch and Blue Lakes Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective customers by all employees of the bank Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; at least five years of commercial lending experience, understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness, knowledge of lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures.



Mortgage Loan Closer

Location: Treasure Valley Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support for all mortgage loan closing activities. Reviews closing documents and reports, coordinates closing appointments with branch personnel and title companies, and assists customers with questions. Performs final preparation and audit of all documents needed for closing. Coordinate and complete funding procedures for loan disbursement. Provides support to Mortgage Operations personnel and distributes loan files to related departments within the Bank. Reviews closed files and forwards documents to shipping and accounting personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.



Roving Teller/Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Treasure Valley

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Is trained to perform a broad variety of financial service representative functions such as closing accounts, verifying funds, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with checking account problems. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator

Location: Downtown Boise Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President Treasure Valley and Assistant Vice President Facilities Manager/Corporate Real Estate and Construction. Types and assembles letters, memos, and reports. Answers questions and directs telephone calls and visitors. Responsible for coordinating and directing activities related to facilities management. Ensure that buildings, ground and equipment are maintained and in working condition. Establishes and maintains positive relations with vendors and suppliers, and coordinates all tasks to be completed by service providers and/or vendors.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications as well as proficient typing skills.


Loan Documentation Specialist

Location: Loan Center – Twin Falls

Job Summary: Responsible for typing and processing documents necessary for loan package completion. Provides clerical support for all lending activities. Provides high quality and professional service to lending personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Financial Services Representative

Location: Blue Lakes Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Loan Assistant

Location: Fruitland Branch and West State Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing clerical support for commercial lending activities under direct supervision. Types, prepares, and files a variety of documents. Opens mail and performs miscellaneous clerical functions as needed. Provides high quality and professional service to customers.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Mortgage Loan Operations Manager

Location: Treasure Valley Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing the activities of the Mortgage Operations Department including meeting the compliance goal for the department. Oversees processing, closing, scanning, shipping, and funding functions. Administers the Mortgage division software programs. Identifies, analyzes, and evaluates loan risks and compensating factors, and ensures the marketability of closed loans and the safety of Bank assets. Ensures that such lending operations are in accordance with established policies, procedures, and legal requirements; and result in maximum volume, appropriate profit, and minimum delinquency ratios. Ensures that all subordinate areas of responsibility support Bank objectives and goals. Trains, directs, and appraises assigned personnel. Ensures that services are delivered professionally and efficiently and that customers' problems are resolved promptly.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. At least 5 years of related experience in residential mortgage loan origination and/or underwriting. Knowledge of financial statements, mortgage loan documentation, credit reports, tax returns, and appraisals as well as an understanding of mortgage loan operations including shipping, processing, and closing.



Operations Supervisor/Officer

Location: Twin Falls Financial Center

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of previous experience in banking as a retail operations supervisor/manager or equivalent. Demonstrates an understanding of general banking policies and procedures, regulations, and documents relating to retail operations. Possesses a vast knowledge of the new accounts and teller functions and demonstrates proficiency in both positions.


Financial Services Representative/Backup Teller

Location: Ketchum Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Teller

Location: Jerome Branch (FT)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Location: Corporate Office - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to the Corporate officers including the Chief Financial Officer, Accountant and Vice President Human Resource Manager. Duties may include typing and assembling letters, filing, writing speeches, creating spreadsheet and presentations, memos, and other reports. Answers questions and directs telephone calls and visitors. Prepares documents. Assembles and maintains data. Performs specific projects as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications as well as proficient typing skills.


Credit Review Officer

Location: Credit Administration - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for performing lending audits. Reviews D.L. Evans Bank loan documents and records for evidence of fraud, deficiencies in controls or employee performance, extravagance, or noncompliance with established policies. Completes loan audit functions including verifying, sampling, reviewing, confirming, and reporting in such areas as loan processes, loan functions, and other areas as assigned. Ensures compliance with established company policies and procedures.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field.
