Available Positions

Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Boise, Nampa, Pocatello and Twin Falls Real Estate

Job summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and Realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Mortgage Loan personnel as necessary.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. At least three years of related loan processing, underwriting or mortgage loan origination experience.

Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Nampa Karcher and North Pocatello

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans and assists in collection activities as needed. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Four to six years of commercial lending experience including an understanding of lending related documentation and regulations. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.

Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: Pocatello

Job summary: Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage loan processing activities. Receives, evaluates, and reviews loan applications. Arranges flood zone certification as required. Communicates loan status to all involved parties including buyer, seller, realtor, and title company representatives. Obtains and verifies necessary information and prepares documents for underwriting review. Obtains proof of insurance as required on mortgage loans. Assists or refers customers as necessary. Performs final preparation and audit of all documents needed for closing. Provides support to Mortgage Operations personnel and distributes loan files to related departments within the Bank.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, 18 years of age and a minimum of two years of preferably in a mortgage lending department with processing experience.

Teller and Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Twin Falls

Job summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.

Financial Services Representative

Location: Boise Vista and Idaho Falls

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Six months to one year related banking experience and/or training.
