Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Vista Branch, Emerald Branch, and Idaho Falls Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.


Commercial/Ag Loan Officer

Location: Jerome Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate, Boise Real Estate, Wood River, and Eastern Idaho Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements as well as production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. Previous mortgage lending experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.


Sales Manager

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for the residential mortgage lending sales operations and residential mortgage lending support functions within an assigned market area. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel including monitoring mortgage compliance procedures performed by loan officers and loan processors. Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two to five years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, with particular experience in the areas of loan origination and processing.



Branch Manager

Location: Fairview Branch and Blue Lakes Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective customers by all employees of the bank Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; at least five years of commercial lending experience, understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness, knowledge of lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures.



Mortgage Loan Closer

Location: Treasure Valley Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support for all mortgage loan closing activities. Reviews closing documents and reports, coordinates closing appointments with branch personnel and title companies, and assists customers with questions. Performs final preparation and audit of all documents needed for closing. Coordinate and complete funding procedures for loan disbursement. Provides support to Mortgage Operations personnel and distributes loan files to related departments within the Bank. Reviews closed files and forwards documents to shipping and accounting personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.



Roving Teller/Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Treasure Valley

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Is trained to perform a broad variety of financial service representative functions such as closing accounts, verifying funds, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with checking account problems. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Executive Assistant

Location: Loan Center - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to Executive Vice President and commercial lending senior management. Types, prepares, and assembles letters, memos, spreadsheets, presentations, and reports. Coordinates and schedules meetings, appointments and conference calls. Processes supply orders, expense reports and time cards. Maintains records and files. Handles confidential material. Greets customers and escorts them to meetings and appointments. Serves as a resource for lending assistants and assists in the organization and execution of Bank projects and functions. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. At least four years of experience to include a basic knowledge of Bank lending policies, procedures and operations as well as an understanding of loan documents, spreadsheets (Excel) and business communications.


Internal Auditor

Location: Administration - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for performing financial and operational audits. Reviews D.L. Evans Bank documents and records for evidence of fraud, deficiencies in controls or employee performance, extravagance, or noncompliance with established policies. Completes audit functions including verifying, sampling, reviewing, confirming, and reporting in such areas as financial accounting, operations activities, loan processes, and other areas as assigned. Ensures compliance with federal regulations and established company policies and procedures. Prepares reports and makes recommendations for corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. Three to five years of experience in banking or audit related field. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Software applications to include proficiency in using Excel, Word and Access.



Mortgage Loan Processor

Location: Boise Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for providing clerical support for all mortgage loan processing activities. Receives, evaluates, and reviews loan applications. Arranges flood zone certification as required. Communicates loan status to all involved parties including buyer, seller, realtor, and title company representatives. Obtains and verifies necessary information and prepares documents for underwriting review. Obtains proof of insurance as required on mortgage loans. Assists or refers customers as necessary. Provides support to Mortgage Operations personnel and distributes loan files to related departments within the Bank.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator

Location: Downtown Boise Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President Treasure Valley and Assistant Vice President Facilities Manager/Corporate Real Estate and Construction. Types and assembles letters, memos, and reports. Answers questions and directs telephone calls and visitors. Responsible for coordinating and directing activities related to facilities management. Ensure that buildings, ground and equipment are maintained and in working condition. Establishes and maintains positive relations with vendors and suppliers, and coordinates all tasks to be completed by service providers and/or vendors.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications as well as proficient typing skills.


Loan Documentation Specialist

Location: Loan Center – Twin Falls

Job Summary: Responsible for booking loans, loan maintenance and balancing specific general ledger and fee accounts. Provides clerical support for all lending activities. Provides high quality and professional service to lending personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age.
