Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Vista Branch, Emerald Branch, Pocatello (2 positions available), and Caldwell Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.


Commercial/Ag Loan Officer

Location: Jerome Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate, Boise Real Estate, Wood River, and Eastern Idaho Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements as well as production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. Previous mortgage lending experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.


Sales Manager

Location: Eastern Idaho Real Estate and Canyon County

Job Summary: Responsible for the residential mortgage lending sales operations and residential mortgage lending support functions within an assigned market area. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel including monitoring mortgage compliance procedures performed by loan officers and loan processors. Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two to five years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, with particular experience in the areas of loan origination and processing.





Teller/Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Fairview Branch and Jerome Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Is trained to perform a broad variety of financial service representative functions such as closing accounts, verifying funds, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with checking account problems. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Performs most complex Teller functions as needed.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.




Loan Documentation Specialist

Location: Loan Center – Twin Falls

Job Summary: Responsible for processing paid loans and serves as backup in scanning. Provides high quality and professional service to all lending personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.


Credit Card/Money Line Specialist

Location: Credit Administration – Corporate Office - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships. Professionally responds to customer emails and telephone calls. Responsible for day to day activities related to the Credit Card and MoneyLine Services. Assists in developing and modifying the Credit Card and MoneyLine policies and procedures. Courteously and promptly resolves Credit Card and MoneyLine questions and problems or refers them to appropriate personnel. Establishes and performs set-up for new accounts. Ensures that the Credit Card and MoneyLine operations are completed in accordance with established standards and legal requirements. Stays apprised of changes within VISA rules and regulations pertaining to credit cards. Completes related records, reports, and documentation. Performs miscellaneous duties as required. Keeps management informed of area activities.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; at least 18 years of age. Knowledge of Windows based PC applications.


Management Intern

Location: Idaho Falls Branch

Job Summary: Receives training and performs duties in several departments related to retail banking operations, lending support, collections and credit review in order to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion under direction of experienced personnel. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties in each line of business. Monitors performance and establishes performance goals and objectives with mentor/trainer and upper management. Assists and supports Bank personnel as needed.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and completion of the Management Intern application packet as well as the ability to travel and relocate within the State of Idaho.


Operations Supervisor/Financial Services Representative

Location: ParkCenter Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff. Serves as a Backup for Financial Services Representative by performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and at least three years of previous experience in a retail banking operations position (teller/new accounts). Previous supervision of at least 2 non-exempt branch employees.


Part-time Receptionist/Electronic Banking Representative

Location: Processing Center - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of clerical support duties including answering the telephone and greeting visitors Pulls records for customers and employees including copies of checks, subledgers and miscellaneous forms. Assists branch personnel by researching information. Completes assigned reports and documents and provides assistance to area personnel as needed. Performs miscellaneous clerical duties as required.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.


Part-time Mortgage Loan Receptionist

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and receptionist duties related to mortgage loan activities. Receives and screens visitors and telephone calls. Assists customers and answers questions or appropriately refers them. Types, prepares, and files various mortgage documents. Performs miscellaneous mortgage loan processing activities as assigned.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
