Available Positions


Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Vista Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.




Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate, Boise Real Estate and Eastern Idaho Real Estate (2 positions available)


Job Summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements as well as production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.


Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. Previous mortgage lending experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.



Sales Manager

Location: Eastern Idaho Real Estate


Job Summary: Responsible for the residential mortgage lending sales operations and residential mortgage lending support functions within an assigned market area. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel including monitoring mortgage compliance procedures performed by loan officers and loan processors. Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves Customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two to five years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, with particular experience in the areas of loan origination and processing.








Management Intern

Location: Corporate Office (Three Positions Available)

Job Summary: Receives training and performs duties in several departments related to retail banking operations, lending support, collections and credit review in order to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion under direction of experienced personnel. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties in each line of business. Monitors performance and establishes performance goals and objectives with mentor/trainer and upper management. Assists and supports Bank personnel as needed.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or two years of banking experience. The ability to travel and relocate within the state of Idaho.

Teller

Location: Jerome Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.




Operations Supervisor

Location: South Burley Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.


Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Three to five years of experience in operations in a banking or similar environment. Understanding of banking deposit operations policies and procedures as well as federal and state regulations pertaining to deposit accounts and related activities. Excellent verbal and written communications skills and PC knowledge.


Teller/Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Downtown Twin Falls Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Is trained to perform a broad variety of financial service representative functions such as closing accounts, verifying funds, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with checking account problems. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Performs most complex Teller functions as needed.


Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; 18 years of age and at least one year of related Teller experience.


Loan Assistant

Location: North Burley Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing clerical support for commercial lending activities under direct supervision. Types, prepares, and files a variety of documents. Opens mail and performs miscellaneous clerical functions as needed. Provides high quality and professional service to customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.
