Available Positions


Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Vista Branch, Meridian Branch, Emerald Branch, Pocatello (2 positions available), and Caldwell Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.




Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate, Boise Real Estate, Wood River, and Eastern Idaho Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements as well as production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. Previous mortgage lending experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.



Sales Manager

Location: Eastern Idaho Real Estate and Treasure Valley Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for the residential mortgage lending sales operations and residential mortgage lending support functions within an assigned market area. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel including monitoring mortgage compliance procedures performed by loan officers and loan processors. Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves Customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two to five years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, with particular experience in the areas of loan origination and processing.





Teller

Location: Emerald Branch (RPT), Downtown Boise Branch (RPT), and Idaho Falls Branch (Temporary FT)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.




Loan Assistant/Backup Teller

Location: Ketchum Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing clerical support for commercial lending activities under direct supervision. Types, prepares, and files a variety of documents. Opens mail and performs miscellaneous clerical functions as needed. Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Provides high quality and professional service to customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age. At least three years of general office/secretarial experience.




Regular Part-time Teller/Backup Loan Assistant

Location: Albion Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Responsible for providing clerical support for commercial lending activities under supervision. Types, prepares, and files a variety of documents. Opens mail and performs miscellaneous clerical functions as needed. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.


Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.


Financial Services Representative/Backup Teller

Location: Downtown Twin Falls Branch, North Pocatello Branch, Caldwell Branch, and South Pocatello Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.


Loan Documentation Specialist-Two positions available

Location: Loan Center – Twin Falls

Job Summary: Responsible for typing and processing documents necessary for loan package completion. Provides clerical support for all lending activities. Provides high quality and professional service to lending personnel.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.


Teller/Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Caldwell Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Is trained to perform a broad variety of financial service representative functions such as closing accounts, verifying funds, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with checking account problems. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Performs most complex Teller functions as needed.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age.


Branch Specialist

Location: Caldwell Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing clerical support for branch office. Assists with commercial lending activities with officer supervision. Types, prepares, and files a variety of documents. Opens mail and performs miscellaneous clerical functions as needed. Serves as a backup for a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers. When needed, also serves as a backup teller and performs a variety of functions in paying and receiving, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Provides high quality and professional service to customers.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent and 18 years of age. 24 months or more of banking experience including customer service, cash handling and financial services representative or loan assistant duties.


Loan Analyst

Location: Credit Administration - Mini-Cassia or Treasure Valley Area

Job Summary: Responsible for coordination of the loan analysis activities. Assists commercial lenders in credit analysis and credit approval packages. Performs analysis of financial statements, cash flows and pricing analysis. Completes background portion of credit approval package. Prepares presentation materials for new and additional credit proposals. Independently researches and analyzes company and industry data. May provide recommendations for loan terms and pricing structure to commercial loan officer. Organizes loan information for the Senior Loan Committee. Completes required reports and records.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office computer applications. Knowledge of financial statements, credit reports, tax returns, collateral, collections, loan structure and underwriting requirements.


Part-time Receptionist and Scanner

Location: Processing Center - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a variety of clerical support duties including answering the telephone, greeting visitors and prepping and scanning Bank documents and records. Ensures that scanned records are in the system accurately and accessible to Bank personnel promptly. Maintains and updates files. Assists IT department in troubleshooting computer and system errors associated with document scanning. Completes assigned reports and documents and provides assistance to area personnel as needed.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.


Operations Support Specialist

Location: Retail Operations Support - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for providing technical support to both branch and administrative personnel on savings, checking CD, IRA, etc. and other application including but not limited to; branch capture, EZ Teller Enterprise, Platform, Laserfishe imaging, and 360 View CRM program. Receives and answers questions, provides installation support, troubleshoots system problems, and provides technical training. Assists with continuing product development and conducts random product sampling to ensure quality. Courteously and promptly resolves questions and problems and maintains professional relationships. Completes related records reports, and documents.


Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent, and at least two years of experience in banking operations to include experience with new accounts and the teller function.
