Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Vista Branch, Emerald Branch, and Caldwell Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists Commercial Lending personnel as needed. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective accounts.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. One to three years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.


Commercial/Ag Loan Officer

Location: Jerome Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans. Assists in collections' activities. Serves borrowers and prospective borrowers promptly and professionally. Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. Three to six years of commercial lending experience required. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Knowledge of Bank lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures. Proven track record of community/civic/trade organization involvement and business development. Maintenance of an active license number with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry.


Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Twin Falls Real Estate, Boise Real Estate, Wood River, and Eastern Idaho Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling, documentation and compliance requirements as well as production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and at least 18 years of age. Previous mortgage lending experience and/or a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred but not required.


Sales Manager

Location: Eastern Idaho Real Estate

Job Summary: Responsible for the residential mortgage lending sales operations and residential mortgage lending support functions within an assigned market area. Supervises, schedules, assists, trains, and appraises personnel including monitoring mortgage compliance procedures performed by loan officers and loan processors. Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves Customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. Two to five years of experience in the residential mortgage lending field, with particular experience in the areas of loan origination and processing.




Teller

Location: Emerald Branch (RPT)

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.

Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.




Teller/Backup Financial Services Representative

Location: Fruitland Branch and Idaho Falls Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Is trained to perform a broad variety of financial service representative functions such as closing accounts, verifying funds, renewing certificates, and assisting customers with checking account problems. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Performs most complex Teller functions as needed.


Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Financial Services Representative/Backup Teller

Location: Fairview Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist and secretarial functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.




Administrative Assistant/Documentation Specialist

Location: Twin Falls Financial Center

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to management. Accountable for in-depth secretarial and administrative support to the Senior Vice President of Retail Banking. Type and assemble letters, memos, and reports. Answer questions and direct telephone calls and visitors. Prepare documents. Assemble and maintain statistical data. Perform and oversee specific projects and programs as assigned. Responsible for verifying accuracy of various documents and document packages. Provide high quality and professional service to management.

Basic Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a good working knowledge of Mircosoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Publisher, able to use the internet and email. Experience with various banking software a plus. Must have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude, ability to work independently and multi-task.


Branch Manager

Location: Nampa Karcher Branch and Fairview Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for directing and administering the operational efforts of the branch. Responsible for business development and marketing of existing and prospective customers by all employees of the bank Ensures that established policies and procedures are followed. Oversees provision of a full range of services to customers and prospective customers. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served. Trains, directs, and supervises branch staff.

Basic Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent; at least five years of commercial lending experience, understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness, knowledge of lending and collections programs, policies, and procedures.


Commercial Credit Administrator

Location: Credit Administration - Burley

Job Summary: Responsible for the Bank's commercial loan portfolio, ensuring the portfolio meets credit quality and policy requirements of D.L. Evans Bank. Assures commercial loan documentation is in compliance with loan committee approvals as well as State and Federal regulations. Assists in the detection of deterioration of loan quality. As required, actively participates in the resolution of special credits.

Basic Qualifications: Complete knowledge of commercial lending requirements, and documentation. Five to ten years of Commercial lending experience.


Branch Specialist

Location: Caldwell Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for performing a broad variety of financial services such as opening and closing accounts, renewing certificate accounts, and assisting customers with bookkeeping and checking account problems. Answers customer questions regarding Bank services provided and performs a variety of account maintenance. Cross sells services and performs related receptionist functions as required. Assists or refers customers with any and all questions or problems that arise. Attends to all telephone inquiries and transactions for customers. Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Responsible for providing basic clerical support for commercial lending activities and assisting lending personnel as needed.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.


Regular Part-time Teller/Backup Loan Assistant

Location: Albion Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Responsible for providing clerical support for commercial lending activities under supervision. Types, prepares, and files a variety of documents. Opens mail and performs miscellaneous clerical functions as needed. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age.
