Management Intern
Location: Administration
Job Summary: Receives training and performs duties in several departments related to retail banking operations, lending support, collections and credit review in order to gain the knowledge and experience required for promotion under direction of experienced personnel. Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties in each line of business. Assists and supports Bank personnel , provides general Bank information and cross sells services.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field and completion of the Management Intern application packet as well as the ability to travel and relocate within the State of Idaho.
Information Technology Technician II
Location: Twin Falls
Job Summary: Responsible for tracking and resolving equipment problems, maintaining hardware inventory control and I. T. purchasing needs. Assists in the implementation of network changes and evaluation of new technology trends. Responsible for assisting in planning, developing, and implementing IT training activities and loading and verifying software. Identifies training needs and designs support materials including trainer guides, audio-visual aids, computer presentations, manuals, and workbooks. Assists in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and employee performance. Maintains training library resources and distributes materials as needed.
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age. Three to six years of experience in a related field including knowledge of IT applications and systems.
Cash Management Officer
Location: Boise
Job Summary: Responsible for coordinating and directing business services products including but not limited to cash management and remote deposit draft capture (RDC) sales and merchant services activities to include the development of new cash/treasury management business, new remote deposit draft capture business (RDC), new merchant services business, expansion of existing business relationships and servicing clients. Responsible for business development and establishment of new clients for D.L. Evans Bank. Plans, develops and implements effective marketing strategies and policies designed to attract and acquire new customers. Introduces new products to existing customers and provides ongoing communication with accounts. Develops a strong understanding of client objectives and assesses their business strategies and needs in relation to their objectives. Engages in frequent local travel as dictated by the necessities of the job.
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Three to five years of experience in banking and sales/business management. Must have a thorough knowledge of banking practices, principles, operations, and new accounts policies and procedures. Position requires PC knowledge and experience with MS Office software applications.
Administrative Assistant/Facilities Coordinator
Location: Boise
Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support to the Facilities Manager/Corporate Real Estate and Construction Specialist by coordinating and directing activities related to facilities management. Ensures that buildings, grounds and equipment are maintained and in working condition. Types and assembles letters, memos, and reports. Answers questions and directs telephone calls and visitors. Establishes and maintains positive relations with vendors and suppliers, and coordinates all tasks to be completed by service providers and/or vendors.
Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent. 18 years of age. Knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications as well as proficient typing skills. Previous property management/real estate experience preferred.
Merchant/BanCard Specialist
Location: Burley
Job Summary: Responsible for providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong professional relationships by managing and directing the Debit Card disputes, including timely provisional credit, verification of dispute accuracy and appropriate customer authorization. Ensures quality control through dispute accuracy and problem resolution. Assists in developing and modifying the Fraud/Non-Fraud agreements, policies and procedures which enhance service delivery and ensure that the Debit Card dispute process is completed in accordance with established standards and legal requirements. Responds to customer telephone calls and assists with software and computer issues. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and problems, or refers them to appropriate personnel.
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age with at least one year of related card experience.
Commercial Loan Officer
Location: Nampa Karcher
Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans and assists in collection activities as needed. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.
Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Four to six years of commercial lending experience including an understanding of lending related documentation and regulations. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.
Regular Part-time Teller
Location: North Burley Branch
Job Summary: Responsible for providing a variety of paying and receiving functions, including processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, cashiers' checks, and cash advances. Balances each day's transactions and verifies cash totals. Performs specific assigned side-jobs and assists other Tellers with a variety of duties as required. Ensures that customers are promptly and professionally served.
Basic Qualifications: High school graduate or equivalent and 18 years of age.
