Available Positions

Mortgage Loan Officer

Location: Boise, Nampa, Pocatello, and Twin Falls Real Estate

Job summary: Responsible for origination of term mortgage loans for sale on the secondary mortgage market. Conducts initial pre-qualification interviews and prepares complete loan application packages and necessary documentation. Conveys policies for extension of credit in accordance with Bank and secondary investor guidelines. Meets scheduling and documentation requirements, and production expectations as determined by the Senior Vice President Residential Mortgage Lending. Serves customers, prospective customers, builders, developers, and realtors promptly and professionally. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services. Assists mortgage lending personnel as necessary.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; 18 years of age. At least three years of related loan processing, underwriting or mortgage loan origination experience.

Commercial Loan Officer

Location: Nampa Karcher and Twin Falls Blue Lakes

Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, reviewing, and evaluating commercial loan requests. Meets with applicants to explain credit policies and to obtain loan information and documentation. Monitors and reviews construction and development loans and assists in collection activities as needed. Provides general Bank information and cross sells services.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Four to six years of commercial lending experience including an understanding of lending related documentation and regulations. Bachelor's Degree in business or related field preferred.

ACH Coordinator

Location: Burley

Job summary: Responsible for managing and directing the ACH Function for the Bank including timely origination, verification of file accuracy, appropriate authority levels, and information security. Ensures quality control through file accuracy and problem resolution. Assists in developing and modifying the ACH Agreement, policies and procedures which enhance service delivery and ensure that the ACH operations are completed in accordance with established standards and legal requirements. Must remain apprised of changes in NACHA rules and regulations, FMS Green Book, and Regulation E.

Basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and at least 18 years of age with a minimum of three years of related item processing experience with knowledge of related laws, regulations and business practices for ACH processing. Must posses the ability to obtain and maintain appropriate ACH related certifications.

Operations Officer

Location: Twin Falls Financial Center and Jerome

Job Summary: Responsible for hiring, training, development and supervision of branch operations staff including tellers and new accounts representatives. May serve as a teller or new accounts representative when staffing levels are low. Responsible for compliance with all D.L. Evans Bank policies and procedures as well as federal regulations that affect the operations of the branch office. Assists customers with inquiries and information requests relating to deposit products and services offered.

Basic Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent and 3-5 years of experience in branch banking operations or a similar environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and PC knowledge required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

SBA Lending Specialist

Location: Downtown Boise Branch

Job Summary: Responsible for providing administrative support for the Small Business Lending Association (SBA) loan program for the Bank. Provides support to lending department and branch personnel regarding SBA loan documentation and processing. Prepares SBA loan documents and assembles and maintains SBA lending packages. Distributes SBA loan documentation to branch lending personnel and coordinates SBA loan closings. Maintains files and answers and directs telephone calls. Provides professional service to lending personnel.

Basic qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent, 18 years of age. Minimum five years experience in commercial loan servicing and loan documentation.
