Margaret joined the D.L. Evans Mortgage Team in February of 2011 and has been a welcome addition! Margaret joined us with 15 years of Mortgage Lending, Construction Lending, and Banking experience.

Margaret is actively involved within the Mortgage and Construction Lending community as an affiliate member of the Capital City Women's Council of Realtors, Builders and Contractors Association f South West Idaho, BCA of Snake River Valley, the Idaho Mortgage Lenders Association, and an affiliate member of the Ada County Association of Realtors. Margaret is a Boise native and considers herself one of the "lucky" people to have been raised in the beautiful state of Idaho. Her husband is a dedicated high school teacher and coach whose x-country running teams have been consistently ranked in the top 25 in the nation. In her free time Margaret enjoys spending time with her family on the ski slopes, trails, rivers, lakes, and roads of Idaho. While I have "too many" hobbies I try to spread my time away from work; cycling, gardening, swimming, spending time in the mountains and relaxing with family.
