We collect, retain, and use information about you only for specific
business purposes to serve your financial needs. In addition to
information you provide to us, we collect and retain general, statistical
information available from public records and lifestyle and other
demographic and survey information. We use it to protect and administer
your records, accounts, and funds; to comply with certain laws and
regulations, and to better understand what financial services you
are interested in and the best way to provide you with quality products

with care. Our employees' access to customer information is authorized
for business purposes only and is based on the employees' need to

the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy through standard
operating procedures, our employee handbook and special training
programs. We take appropriate disciplinary measures to enforce employee

and test our technology to improve the protection of our information

or similar information reporting agency: or (4) we are legally required
or permitted to do so.
Maintaining Customer Privacy in Business Relationships
with Third Parties.

information about you to a third party, such as to a vendor or service
company that we hire to provide support or services for one or more
of our products. We are very selective in choosing these vendors
and service companies. When we enter into these relationships, we
