D.L. Evans Bank eastern Idaho branches recently donated $7,000 to Champ’s Heart. The Champ’s Heart organization allows children with special needs, veterans, and their family members to have fun and spend time with horses at no charge. This donation will help the organization to buy food, equipment, and services such as medical costs. Champ’s Heart is in a temporary location so the donations will also help while they look for a longer term one. Champ’s Heart is located at 7201 North 45th East, Idaho Falls, Idaho. Welcome Russ Fullmer

Russ joins D.L. Evans Bank with over thirteen years of banking and financial experience. Russ is native to Northern Utah, so he is excited to be a part of the bank’s expansion in Utah. Congratulations Danna Beckman

John V. Evans Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of D.L. Evans Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Danna Beckman to Vice President Branch Manager of our Rigby branch.

Danna has over nine years of banking experience and has been with D.L. Evans Bank for the last five years. In her new position at D. L. Evans Bank, Danna will be helping all her customers with their loan needs and banking services. Danna is involved in her community and dedicates her time to various community events and organizations, including being a board member of Eastern Idaho Ag Hall of Fame and a board member for the Upper Valley Child Advocacy Center. Danna enjoys raising Purebred Limfelx and Angus Cattle and farming malt barley and alfalfa hay.  She achieved her bachelor’s degree in Agroecology with minors in Horticulture and Soils from University of Wyoming. Danna finished the Washington Bankers Executive Development Program in December of 2016.

2021 Utah High School Rodeo Scholarship

Utah High School Rodeo Association recently awarded scholarships to three rodeo student athletes at the 2021 High School Rodeo Finals in Heber City, Utah.  Kent Francis, Vice President Branch Manager of the D.L. Welcome Zane Mitton

John V. Evans Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the hiring of Zane Mitton as a new mortgage loan officer for the Mini-Cassia area.

Zane has eight years of mortgage lending experience and is ready to help home buyers with all of their purchase or refinance needs. He is very involved with his community as an Assistant Football and Head Wrestling Coach for Oakley High School and volunteering with the Oakley Valley Arts Council, Historic Wilson Theatre, and his church.

Layton Branch Coming Soon

D.L. Evans Bank has announced the opening of their newest branch which will be located in Layton, Utah, at 360 East Gentile Street. The building is currently under construction and the bank plans to open the branch in late December of this year. The branch will be a full-service location, offering a full range of banking products and services, with decisions made locally.

Welcome Back Kelly Human

John V. Evans Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to welcome back Kelly Human as Vice President Commercial Loan Officer at the Jerome branch.

Kelly returns to D.L. Evans Bank with over forty years of financial experience and always puts his customers’ best interests first.  Human knows both sides of the banker’s desk. Seventeen of those years have been as a banker and the others on the front side of the desk as a farmer and rancher. Kelly truly understands the needs of his customers. As a Vice President Commercial Loan Officer, he will handle commercial and agricultural loan requests and will assist in all steps of the loan process.

He loves his community and has been elected to and served on several boards including Valley Coop, Gooding Soil Conservation, Gooding FSA, College of Southern Idaho Alumni, was a previous Jerome Chamber Ambassador, and is a current Board Member for the North Rim Fairways Home Owners Association. Kelly believes that one of his most rewarding experiences was teaching English and doing other volunteer work with his wife while on a mission in Thailand and Cambodia with Youth With A Mission (YWAM) and the Destiny Rescue. In his spare time, he enjoys farming, ranching, irrigating, gardening, and operating his small cattle operation. He and his wife have been blessed with thirteen lovely grandchildren and feel that making memories with them is one of their true joys in life.

Logan Branch Grand Opening

John V. Evans, Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the grand opening of the bank’s branch in Logan, Utah. The Logan branch opened for business in March 2020 and is located at 944 South Highway 89. This is a full-service location offering a full range of banking products and services, mortgages, and investments.  A grand opening event is scheduled for Wednesday, August 4th, at 9:30 am.

John V. Evans, Jr., said: “We are excited about the branch in Logan. While the branch opened for business last year, we have been unable to hold the grand opening event due to the pandemic. We look forward to celebrating the Logan branch, their accomplishments over the last year and the opportunities that the future will bring. Welcome David Roberts

John V. Evans Jr., President and Chief Executive Officer of D.L. Evans Bank, is pleased to welcome David Roberts as the new Operations Officer for the Boise Parkcenter branch. As an Operations Officer he will oversee operations of the branch and other members on his team daily while serving his customers.

David joins the team with sixteen years of previous banking experience. He has worked for US Bank as a personal banker, Key Bank as an Operations Manager, and Wells Fargo as a Senior Consumer and Small Business Banking Advisor. He is very active in his community through volunteering at the Weiser Memorial Hospital Foundation, Weiser Historical Society, Festival of Trees, Saint Alphonsus Foundation, March of Dimes, Meridian Chamber of Commerce Ambassador, and Grotto Group Master Class.

Brigham City Branch Grand Opening

Congratulations Taylor Crossley

Evans Bank, is pleased to announce the promotion of Taylor Crossley as Assistant Vice President Commercial Loan Officer for the Ammon branch. As an Assistant Vice President Commercial Loan Officer, Taylor will be assisting customers in the entire lending process from small personal loans to business and corporate loans.

Taylor has been with D.L. Evans Bank for four years and always puts his customers’ best interests first. His previous roles consisted of being a Management Intern and Commercial Loan Officer. He graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor’s degree in Agronomy, Crop and Soil Science. Taylor is involved in his community serving as a board member at the Exchange Club of Idaho Falls, the CEI Business Management Advisory Board, and volunteering for his church. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family camping, hiking, hunting, and doing all things outdoors.

Welcome Back Shay Munk

As Assistant Vice President Branch Manager, he will be responsible for directing and administering the operational and commercial lending efforts of the branch and he will assist customers with commercial lending requests. Shay has been in the financial industry for over eight years and he achieved his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance at Utah State University.

Betty Jo graduated with her bachelor’s degree in business finance from Southern Utah University. She is active in her community with various local FFA programs and serving as the Secretary/Treasurer for the Oakley Vigilantes for five years. Congratulations Audra Lloyd

Audra has been with D.L. Evans Bank for over twenty-two years and previously she held the titles of Administrative Secretary, Part-Time Receptionist, Executive Assistant, Human Resource Generalist, Human Resource Officer, Assistant Vice President Human Resource Manager, and Vice President Human Resource Manager. Audra earned her bachelor’s degree in human resource training and development from Idaho State University.  She is very involved with her community by being an elementary school PTO volunteer and special committee member, Julie’s Clothes for Kids volunteer, youth teacher in local church, and an organizer of the D.L. Evans Bank annual Veteran’s food drive. Audra enjoys raising her family and being outdoors in the great state of Idaho with everything it has to offer!
