We would like to let you know about changes we are making to your business credit card account. You will soon receive new D.L. Evans Bank Business Credit Card(s) to replace your existing cards.
Prepare for your new Business Credit Card(s)
Each active cardholder linked to your business credit card account will receive a new business credit card. During October we will mail your new credit cards to the billing address on your account. Continue using your existing business credit cards until 11/10/2018. On or after 11/11/2018 please confirm receipt of your new cards by following the instructions on the sticker located on your new card(s) to activate your account(s).

This account transition is the first step D. L. Evans Bank is taking to enhancing the Business Credit Card products and services. We understand that flexibility and control over your business credit card account is important. Watch for future correspondence regarding additional services and products that will be available to help you manage your credit card account efficiently and effectively.
Mycardstatement.com and Associated Accounts
The default account assigned to your mycardstatement.com User ID will be automatically updated with the new account information. Any account associated under the default account will not be transferred to the User ID. You will be able to re-associate accounts after the account transfer on November 10th. Although it’s not expected, you may experience access issues if you try to log into your mycardstatement.com account during the account transfer on November 11th.
If a current card expires, is damaged or reported as Lost/Stolen after October 5th, a replacement card for the existing account may be delayed. Due to the account transfer the cardholder may need to wait until after the account transfer date, as specified above, to activate and use the new card.

Answers To Your Questions:
- What’s changing?
Your account numbers, your card’s expiration dates and security codes (three digits on the back of the card).
What’s not changing?
Your card limits, pricing, terms, benefits and rewards will not be changed.
Will mycardstatement.com be updated automatically?
Yes. All default account numbers will be updated with the new account information; however any accounts listed as associated accounts will not be transferred.
Will my reward points transfer?
Yes, any unredeemed rewards points will transfer over to the new individual card accounts as long as it is activated.
What if I have opted to household my score card reward points?
Household information currently setup on scorecardrewards.com will not transfer. The points will be transferred to the individual cardholders. However, you can recreate the household relationship after the new cards have been activated.
Do I need to update merchants that have my card information on file? (I.E. monthly subscriptions)
D.L. Evans Bank credit cardholders are automatically enrolled in the Visa Account Updater (VAU) and unless you have specifically asked to opt-out, the VAU will provide automatic account updates to VAU participating merchants that have an ongoing account relationship with you.
