When you use your Samsung device to pay in stores, Samsung Pay doesn’t send your actual card number with your payment. Instead, a device specific number is used, keeping your transactions safe and secure. Payment requires authorization with your fingerprint, so you’re still in control of when transactions are made.
With Samsung Knox technology embedded, your device is constantly monitored for signs of malicious attacks. Even if your device becomes compromised, your card information is still safely encrypted in a separate and secure data vault.
Finally, your purchases are your business. Samsung Pay doesn’t store or share your payment information.
If your phone is lost or stolen, you can suspend Samsung Pay by using the “Find My Mobile (FMM)” through Samsung or contacting Samsung directly.
