Update From Our President & CEO: Idaho Stay-At-Home Order Response

To Our Customers,

During these unprecedented times due to the coronavirus pandemic, we at D.L. Evans Bank pride ourselves on making the health, safety, security, and everyone’s well-being our top priority as we navigate these challenging times.

With the newly issued statewide stay-at-home order put in place by the Governor of Idaho, Brad Little, we would like to assure our customers and communities that our drive-thru services will remain open, while our lobbies are closed to walk-in traffic. We still strongly encourage all of our customers to use our ATMs, night depositories, and the suite of digital solutions for self-service banking with 24/7 access to your accounts.

For your convenience, we have expanded customer support services. You can call our customer service number at 1-866-661-5463, Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:30pm and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00am to 2:00pm.

We have been serving our communities for over 115 years and these challenging times will not deter our commitment to our customers. We are more than an institution; we’re a culmination of people – friends, neighbors, and business partners – who are driven to make our communities thrive. We appreciate your business and the trust you have placed in us.

Sincerely,
John V. Evans Jr.
President and Chief Executive Officer

*Our Blackfoot, Downtown Boise, Ketchum, Logan, and Rexburg branches do not offer drive through services at this time. Please contact the branch or your account officer to make an appointment for in person transactions.
