Josh Hartman graduated from Idaho State University with a degree in Business Management. He comes to D.L. Evans Bank with several years’ experience in banking and finance. Josh takes pride in providing excellent customer service to all of his clients and enjoys working with people to help them find solutions to their problems. Whether you are purchasing your first home or looking at refinancing your mortgage, Josh will make the home financing experience as comfortable and as easy as possible. 

Josh resides in Pocatello, where he was born and raised. He loves Idaho and considers it to be an incredible place to raise a family. Josh loves spending time with his wife and children. He also enjoys mountain biking, traveling, and is an avid golfer.

Don has been in the mortgage industry a little over 30 years, with the last 19 of those years as the owner of his own mortgage operation in Alabama. He was able to semi-retire in 2010, but has always wanted to get back into the business he knows well. He is excited to jump back in by joining D.L. Evans Bank.

Don has won numerous awards during his time in the real estate industry as he worked in several additional markets, including Florida and Tennessee. He has seen many changes during his career and understands what it takes to make the process of obtaining a mortgage loan as comfortable and effortless as possible. He is tireless in his work ethic and is available to both the real estate agent, builder, and client at their convenience, as he realizes 9-5 is not always time-friendly for everyone. In addition, Don has taught mortgage financing classes for new realtors in a classroom setting for over ten years; he was pleased to see the majority of those students progress to become top agents in their respective markets.                             

Don was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, but spent the majority of his adult life in Birmingham. In addition to his mortgage production, he has managed offices for two large mortgage operations in Florida and in Tennessee. Having attended the University of Alabama, Don is an avid Crimson Tide fan. Roll Tide! He moved to Idaho in 2014 with his wife and together they have seven children and eight grandchildren. Don has enjoyed riding motorcycles since he was a young boy, both street and dirt, and has the broken bones to prove it. Don also enjoys serving his community. He has had a homeless street ministry in Birmingham where he oversaw 17 churches serving meals to 125 homeless individuals three nights a week for many years. Don still has a place in his heart for those less fortunate in his community.

Levi was born and raised in Oakley, Idaho. After graduating from Oakley High School as a state champion wrestler, Levi attended Southern Virginia University and was a member of their wrestling team.  After returning home and getting back involved in community theater, he met his wife while performing in a show together. He and his wife live in Burley with their wonderful children. Levi continues to be active in the community, serving on the Board of Directors for the Oakley Valley Arts Council, as well as volunteering with The Burley Theater, The Mount Harrison Foundation, The Wilson Theater, and assisting with the Oakley Little League, Junior High, and High School wrestling programs. Levi is also a member of the Ambassadors for the Mini-Cassia Chamber of Commerce and enjoys being involved with the Mini-Cassia Association of Realtors.

Levi enjoys making the home loan experience go as smoothly as possible. He is especially excited to help first-time home buyers with little-to-no down payment gain access to several great mortgage programs. Don Lillie attended the American Bankers Association and the Institute of Financial Education. He comes to D.L. Evans Bank with twenty-nine years of mortgage lending and banking experience. Don is a native Idahoan and enjoys four wheeling, motorcycle riding and camping. He is committed to serving his community by being a member of the Caldwell Chamber of Commerce, Snake River Building Contractor Association, and the Caldwell Board of Realtors.

Charles Friedman has lived in the Wood River Valley since 2001 and worked in the banking industry for over 15 years as both a commercial lender and a mortgage lender, closing over $500 million in purchase and refinance transactions. 

Before he moved to Idaho, Charles grew up in Connecticut and graduated from Colgate University in Hamilton, NY.  He and his wife have two wonderful children and he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, ice hockey, and spending time in the outdoors.

Charles prides himself on being responsive, communicative, and knowledgeable about the local real estate market.  He enjoys putting deals together and understanding the intricacies of each borrower and their specific needs so that he can find the best financing solutions.
