Meet Jennifer Colvin, a Financial Advisor with D.L. Evans Investment Services and co-owner of O’Dunkins Draught House, a beloved Twin Falls establishment since 1990. Jen isn’t just an employee she’s also a business owner who has experienced the exceptional service small businesses receive when working with D.L. Evans Bank.
Jen and her husband purchased O’Dunkins Draught House 15 years ago and after Jen joined the D.L. Evans Investment Services team, she worked with local D.L. Evans Bank loan officers to successfully purchase the building housing O’Dunkins. She also worked with the Business Banking team to upgraded her merchant services system, saving her business time and money. “The process was seamless; it was so nice to have someone local right with me that came in and helped me install the new system” says Jen.
She emphasizes that the exceptional service and local support made the transitions easier. As both an employee and a customer, she witnesses firsthand the excellent treatment D.L.
