Don has been in the mortgage industry a little over 30 years, with the last 19 of those years as the owner of his own mortgage operation in Alabama. He was able to semi-retire in 2010, but has always wanted to get back into the business he knows well. He is excited to jump back in by joining D.L. Evans Bank.
Don has won numerous awards during his time in the real estate industry as he worked in several additional markets, including Florida and Tennessee. He has seen many changes during his career and understands what it takes to make the process of obtaining a mortgage loan as comfortable and effortless as possible. He is tireless in his work ethic and is available to both the real estate agent, builder, and client at their convenience, as he realizes 9-5 is not always time-friendly for everyone. In addition, Don has taught mortgage financing classes for new realtors in a classroom setting for over ten years; he was pleased to see the majority of those students progress to become top agents in their respective markets.
Don was born in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, but spent the majority of his adult life in Birmingham. In addition to his mortgage production, he has managed offices for two large mortgage operations in Florida and in Tennessee. Having attended the University of Alabama, Don is an avid Crimson Tide fan. Roll Tide! He moved to Idaho in 2014 with his wife and together they have seven children and eight grandchildren. Don has enjoyed riding motorcycles since he was a young boy, both street and dirt, and has the broken bones to prove it. Don also enjoys serving his community. He has had a homeless street ministry in Birmingham where he oversaw 17 churches serving meals to 125 homeless individuals three nights a week for many years. Don still has a place in his heart for those less fortunate in his community.

Tyler Bringhurst is a Magic Valley native, born and raised in Kimberly. He graduated from BYU-Idaho with a degree in Business Management and Finance. He comes to D.L. Tyler is passionate about the mortgage process and takes pride in helping people find the best loan options for their unique situation. Lenny Frings has joined D.L. Evans Bank as vice president regional sales manager and mortgage loan officer for the Treasure Valley and Western Idaho areas. Frings has over 30 years of financial experience. In his new position, he will be assisting local mortgage loan officers in the region, training and providing support towards their success, in addition to helping his own clients and customers with their mortgage lending needs.
Lenny is a worship leader at his church, has been on several mission trips to Mexico, and plays music at the local VA and senior centers. He also volunteers at the Boise Rescue Mission and Saint Vincent DePaul dining hall, as well as local equine organizations.

Kim Harrison was born and raised in Salt Lake City. She started working in banking 15 years ago while studying nursing at Dixie College and Salt Lake Community College. Kim decided that while nursing was something she enjoyed, she was passionate about banking and decided to make this her career. She has successfully worked in many aspects and roles of retail banking, with the last few years focused in commercial lending.
